Apple was winner the Patent Right (US Patent), for the touch screen control, which planted in iPhone, from their competitors. The Patent Right with serial number 7.479.949 given for the Apple Boss, Steve Jobs, because the method that used in their cell phone.

This method is detection device against one or more the finger touch in iPhone screen to give an order into computation device. The order that given, which using a thumb, can touch, rotate or spread. The iphone screen also can rotate or picture zoom.

Tim Cook, Apple Chief Operating Officer, admit that he believe that iPhone is competitor in the future. Because of that Patent Right, they company will standby against to the other competitors which is want to take the intellectual wealth patent from Apple’s hand.
